Submitting a New Application

Application Checklist

One of the biggest issues that slows down review times is incomplete applications. We strongly suggest that you review the Application Checklist prior to submitting a new application to ensure you have submitted everything that is required for your submission.

If you are new to the iMedRIS system or have not submitted recently , please use the Login and My Workspace document to get acquainted with your dashboard in iMedRIS.

Application Signoffs

Each initial application requires a signature from all investigators (including Co-PIs or Sub-Investigators), a Faculty Advisors, a Department Head, and a Department Review Chair. If you are unsure on who your Department Head or Department Review Chair are, please consult the DH/DRC page.
