Inflation Rates for 2020–21 Sponsored Programs Budgets

The amounts for tuition and Graduate Research Assistant healthcare have been announced for the 2020–21 academic year. The university will use the following tuition, healthcare rates, and salary information for future proposals.

GRA Tuition

GRA Tuition remains at $5,734 per full time semester. Based on the five year historical average of tuition increases, we will now be proposing a 2% annual increase on sponsored program proposal budgets. Note this is a change from the previous inflation rate. Please update any budget templates you may have saved.

GRA healthcare rates

GRA healthcare costs have increased to $184/month. Based on the five year historical average of GRA healthcare increases, we will remain using a 6% annual increase on sponsored program proposal budgets.

Salaries

Based on the five year historical average of merit and cost of living salary increases, we will remain using a 3% annual increase on sponsored program proposal budgets.
