Lightweight Innovations For Tomorrow (LIFT), the Detroit-based national manufacturing innovation institute, recently announced that it is accepting project submissions for its 2020 Fast Forge program. The Fast Forge program is designed to solicit new project ideas connecting materials, processes and systems and develop those ideas on a shorter timeline.
Project submission deadline is November 6, 2020. Project submissions can be made by filling out the Fast Forge Project Submission form.
LIFT will hold weekly sessions to answer questions about the selection, funding, and program management processes. Information sessions will be held on the following dates:
- October 21
- October 28
- November 4
