The Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development (ORIED) is pleased to host an Open House for the 2022-2023 academic year, on Tuesday, October 18.
As the central office supporting UT faculty as they advance their research, scholarship, and creative activities, ORIED provides a wide range of services across the entire grant lifecycle, from ideation to results. Attendees will hear an overview of the proposal submission, award, and management services provided by ORIED’s five divisions, and engage one-on-one with ORIED’s leadership team and support staff. In particular, new faculty are encouraged to attend to build relationships with administrators and staff who can provide insights, connections, and resources to help them jump-start their career at UT.
Event Details and Registration
The ORIED Open House will be held in person on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, in Room 270, UT Student Union. The event is open to faculty and staff, and new faculty are especially encouraged to attend.
