To better serve the research community, UT Core Facilities use Stratocore for billing and scheduling.
The system allows any UT faculty, staff, or students to securely log in using their UT NetID credentials; search for and reserve equipment and services; and pay for services once work has been completed. Stratocore provides the means to interact with UT Core Facilities and ensures that users have access to the expert services and cutting-edge equipment that they expect from UT.
Requesting a Stratocore Account
To create your individual Stratocore account, follow these steps:
- Submit a Stratocore Profile Request Form.
- Your request will typically be processed by our business staff within 2 business days.
