Proposal Processing and Pre-Award Services
Sponsored Programs (SP) facilitates institutional approval for all sponsored proposal submissions, accepts and administers grant awards, and negotiates contracts and other research related agreements on behalf of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus.
