Supports outreach services that help students overcome social, academic, financial, and cultural barriers in higher education through programs that include Academic Enrichment Upward Bound and Pre-College Upward Bound, Veterans’ Pre-College Program, the Math and Science Center, and the Educational Opportunity Center.
