Beginning Wednesday, September 7, the UT Core Facilities Program will be hosting a series of brown bag lunches to highlight the expertise and capabilities of each of the UT Core Facilities. These talks will be held each Wednesday at noon in Hodges Library, and will feature directors and staff from each of the UT Core Facilities.

Title: Particle Size Analysis, Archaeology, and the Natural Sciences
Howard Cyr, senior archaeologist and manager of the Geoarchaeology and Paleoenvironmental Services Center (GPSC) will present an overview of the services and capabilities of the GPSC. The talk will also provide information on the features and capabilities of Malvern Mastersizer3000 laser particle size analyzer and discussion of potential applications.
