Taylor Eighmy, vice chancellor for research and engagement, and Jacob Rudolph, interim vice chancellor for communications and marketing, announced a new process surrounding the Quest Scholar recognition Friday, January 13, 2017.
As you may know, the Quest Scholar of the Week program has been in existence for over eight years. More than 400 scholars have been recognized since the inception of the program. However, the number of nominations has dramatically declined during the past 12 months.
We believe it is important to recognize and celebrate the breakthrough discoveries and accomplishments of our research community. Therefore, the Quest Scholar concept is being updated to better showcase our scholars and their great research stories.
