Saturday, March 30, is Research Day, an annual event co-hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Undergraduate Admissions that invites high-achieving high school juniors and seniors to explore research opportunities at the University of Tennessee.
Students and parents will tour some of the most exciting research areas on campus, meet current undergraduate students participating in research, and view posters of research projects.
Approximately 150 students have registered for the event, representing significant growth from last year’s event, attended by 92 students and their families.
“We are excited to share the variety of research experiences available to students who choose to attend UT,” said Marisa Moazen, assistant vice chancellor of research engagement and director of the Office of Undergraduate Research. Continue reading
