If you are using a Mac device to access iThenticate, and are unable to gain access to iThenticate, please email email@example.com with your specific issue and include screen shots of the error message, if possible. If you have access to a PC/Windows device, you should be able to access iThenticate as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are working with iThenticate to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
