The Bioinformatics Resource Center (BRC) in the Center for Environmental Biotechnology (CEB) will be hosting a CLC Genomics Workbench training session from 9 AM to 5 PM, July 20, 2017 in 404 Min Kao (MHK). CLC Genomics Workbench is a powerful and comprehensive bioinformatics software package for nucleic acid sequence analysis. The session will be conducted by expert trainers from Qiagen, the makers of CLC. The trainers will guide participants through many of the bioinformatics analysis pipelines offered by CLC Genomics Workbench, from importing, filtering, and assembling raw sequencing data towards several downstream pipelines for genomics, metagenomics, and transcriptomics applications.
Seating may be limited, so please sign up early.
Please RSVP Renee Johnson (email@example.com) ASAP.
If you have any questions about the training workshop, please contact Dr. Robert Murdoch, coordinator of the Bioinformatics Resource Center (firstname.lastname@example.org).
