Dr. Timothy M. Persons, Chief Scientist of the US Government Accountability Office, will speak at the Baker Center auditorium on Tuesday, March 25 at 5:00 p.m. on the GAO’s Public Release of “Nanomanufacturing: Emergence and Implications for U. S. Competitiveness, the Environment, and Human Health” (GAO-14-181SP). Dr. Persons is also a member of the Senior Executive Service of the U.S. federal government, is Co-Director of GAO’s Center for Science, Technology, and Engineering (CSTE), and an expert advisor and chief consultant to the GAO, Congress, and other federal agencies and government programs. The event is open to the public, and parking is available in the UT Visitor’s Parking Garage on White Avenue.
