Chancellor recognizes Powe awardee Lukosi

Eric Lukosi, assistant professor of nuclear engineering, accepts a plaque commemorating his receipt of the 2013 Ralph Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award from UT Chancellor Jimmy Cheek. Lukosi will use the award to develop high-performance batteries. The Powe award is given competitively to early-career researchers at member universities by Oak Ridge Associated Universities. The Office of Research and Engagement matches the $5,000 award from ORAU.
