UT‐Battelle, LLC, was established in 2000 as a private not‐for‐profit company for the sole purpose of managing and operating the Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy. UT-Battelle was formed as a 50-50 partnership between the University of Tennessee and Battelle Memorial Institute.

This session will discuss the life-cycle of a UT-Battelle award from the initial proposal conversations to the award being entered into Cayuse SP. We will discuss best practices and common pitfalls.
