ACLS Fellowships in the Humanities

This workshop will focus on a strategic approach to the ACLS fellowship, which is one of only three prestigious humanities awards that allows scholars to devote significant continuous time to research and writing on their own campus. The deadline is September 27, 2017.

These on-campus fellowships are available to humanities scholars who

  • have a PhD conferred at least two years before the application deadline
  • have had a lapse of at least two years between the last research leave of one or more full semesters and September 1, 2018,

UT faculty members who have received ACLS fellowships will make brief presentations.
