Participant Guidelines

Presentations must not exceed 3' X 4'. Presentation boards are provided; however, students may use their own boards of equivalent size. Students may pick up a board at the Office of Research, 1534 White Ave., Room 104, free of charge.

Participants can set up presentation boards on March 24, 2010 from noon to 4:00 p.m. Participants should leave after setting up their project and return no earlier than 5:30 p.m. for the judging portion of the event.

Participants must be present for the judging portion of the event. Judging begins at 5:30 p.m. on March 24 and lasts until a decision has been reached, so plan your dinner accordingly. Bottled water is allowed at your presentation table.

Participants should provide copies of their abstract to be available at their presentation table.

Business casual attire is encouraged for both days of the event.

Presentations will be viewed by the public on March 25, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Participants are not required to remain with their projects. Valuables should not be left with presentations.

The awards ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. on March 25 and will last until approximately 7:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided following the ceremony.

Exhibitors must remove their display boards by 8:00 p.m. on March 25.
